Thi Tram Nguyen

Owner & Founder

Thi Tram Nguyen was born in Vietnam during the Vietnam war. At the end of the conflict, Thi fled Vietnam for a better life at the age of 8 years old, with extended family members living shortly in a refugee camp in Thailand. From there, her journey took her to France then eventually reuniting with her parents in Montreal at age 11. From there she went on to graduate from college, work in pharmaceutical sales, marry her husband François, and start her family. With young children in tow, they moved to Naperville in 2013 where Thi started dreaming about opening a restaurant that would bring authentic poutine to the area, something she searched high and low to find. But more importantly, she wanted to create a business that could help support job opportunities for young people like her son Francois who has Autism.
